Hyverton production runs through two bases in China, each with its own production lines and testing.

Kunshan base — special flexible cables

The Kunshan base produces special flexible cables. Its lines include extrusion, stranding, braiding and PUR jacketing lines.

Its TÜV Rheinland authorised laboratory carries out withstand-voltage, conductor-resistance, insulation and shielding tests, with flexing-cycle rigs for drag-chain and torsion cables.

Shandong base — power and utility cables

The Shandong base produces power and utility cables. Its stranding, armouring and extrusion lines cover LV/MV power cable, aerial bundled cable and bare conductors. Routine tests are carried out to IEC 60502 and BS standards. It is a Bureau Veritas audited factory, and the audit report is available on request.

Each order ships with test reports from the producing base.

Testing, stage by stage

Every construction passes a dozen-plus inspection stages between raw material and finished delivery, under the bases’ ISO 9001 systems. The Kunshan laboratory — a TÜV Rheinland authorised laboratory — runs, among others: VW-1 combustion testing to UL requirements, a 360° rotation tester for torsion programmes, frame twisting machines, and a mechanical-life laboratory where drag-chain and robot cables are cycled into the millions of bends.
