How we sell

Hyverton sells on prepayment terms. This keeps our prices free of financing cost and bad-debt margin — the reason we can serve small and mid-sized orders at the prices we quote.

Quotes

Every quotation states the price per metre, the construction, the minimum quantity and the delivery time. Because copper is our main raw material, quotations are valid for 7 to 15 days depending on the product; the validity is printed on the quote itself.

Payment

  • Samples and small stock orders: payable online by card when you order.
  • Custom and bulk orders: bank transfer against proforma invoice — production starts on receipt of payment (or of the agreed deposit, with the balance due before shipment, where a deposit structure is offered).
  • Freight is quoted together with the goods and prepaid with them. We do not ship on open account or freight-collect.

Delivery

Delivery time is confirmed per order. Goods are packed on reels or in coils according to length and weight, labelled with article number, construction and production batch. Test reports are enclosed on request.

Standard package lengths are 100 m, 200 m and 500 m depending on the construction; other lengths and reel packaging are made to order.
